Met Bad Apple @ the boat @ 10 AM. Went around South Beach and got the pogies on the first throw, a floater, w/ 500 baits (all 4-5").
Went to the first spot, lines in around 11:30 in 65’. Fish were there but a t-storm ran us off by 1:15. Moved inside on some new bottom in less than 50’. Thought we might get a king or something. Was surprised by all the life: spadefish, turtles, cudas and some other goodies. All fish were caught on dead or live pogies.

Totals:

6 Gags(none legal)
3 Cobia (biggest was about 40#)
3 ARS (biggest was 24", I will be eating him/her shortly)
25+ BSB
1 Flounder
a couple sharks and random bottom dwellers.

god on you courtland,to bad on the gags, he gone have to try it this weekend ,lets keep eye on the weather.

good job sir sounds like a fun day on the pond. congrats.sometimes you have to weed through them little ones to get to the BIG one keep at it.no pictures?

All my cobia swim free, I don’t care for them. I do like putting up pics but wifey dropped it. I think I’ll use some American Express points from all the fuel I’ve been burning to buy a new one.
