STONER-Last few trips

Done a wide range of fishing over the past few weeks. Took Josh, the new owner of Southern Drawl Outfitter’s(old Low Country Outfitter’s) out for a night excursion of live bait and jigging. If you didn’t know, cuda’s and AJ’s eat jigs at night. Although Josh has guided many people to there first sailfish he never got to crank one on his own. We got him one and some wahoo and tuna on the troll the next morning.

Fished some pretty water and got the spades and groupers good both on jigs and bait. After killing a ridiculous amount of mahi yesterday:

we came in to 100’ and had b-liners to 24" and couldn’t shake the ARS, fortunately we were shallow enough to seem successful on the vent and release, but they were eating everything. And hey, who doesn’t like a cute picture of baby ducks.

Pro Tip: Baby ducks can yield some great topwater action over a school of hungry AJ’s…

what about the three grouper that rocked me up??

I guess pictures of cute little duck, will make up for the dolphin massacre yesterday.

I didn’t want to say that I was the only one to get a box worthy gag, that’s just bragging.

And the ducks, well, this fellow ate them. Just not a good time to be low man on the totem pole.

Any size to the dolphin?
