Stono 1/1

Started early with TexasRed on the Stono at sunrise. It began well with lots of bait and and a small group of reds crashing through them. TR got the first fish on a topwater then I took two on a soft jerk bait. Once the outgoing stopped so did the bite. We saw a few fish on the incoming, but they were not interested and spooked easily. TR caught one more later in the day working a grub along a grass edge.

Not many fish in the Stono right now and any schools are small.

A great start to 2012. All fish were released healthy. Happy New Year everyone.
