On the water about 9 AM. Lots of bait. Shrimp proved to be best choice but they were mostly small. Carolina rig. Water clearish for the Stono. 2 small trout. 1 small flounder. 1 21 inch red. 1 tinny, I mean the smallest I have ever seen, sting ray. Finished with a harbor cruise and off water by 2 PM. Drove home on a broken axel
Still not *****ing. Great day!

I need to fish some of those side creeks they seem to produce more fish than the open waterways
Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

Try those shrimp again. I’m getting mostly large out there on the Stono. Hate to feed a good eatin shrimp to a fish so I seperate the fishin from eatin before I set anchor.
Good luck
If it ain’t broke…let me try!

We found bigger shrimp in the deeper holes. My boat does not have depth finder so there is a lot of trial and error. I just double or even triple up on the little guys. We also had tons of FM. Shrimp got the job done.
