Stono Inlet guys..

With the flood tides coming up, there are big high and big low tides. For all of yall who rub the stink inlet, its probably a good idea to get out here shortly on these negative tides and have a look around. It really gave me an idea of the passes through the sandbars. Just passing on some friendly advice!

Read your post - it made me laugh.

Be careful.

Does sound kind of racy … that might be inappropriate for an individual of your age Yak

Just as I thought I was getting to know the waters down there. Stink Inlet, could not find it on my map.

Is the stink inlet right there in the middle where the river forms a Y? Just trying to find my bearings.

If two wrongs don’t make a right, try three.

You are thinking of somewhere else. You have to start at the mouth of the river. Work your way South past the oyster mounds, across the flat, then stay strait at the Y in the river. You can’t miss it.

I have a feeling that sometime in the near future, like the next couple years, we’ll see the number of Yak’s fishing posts drop off dramatically as he begins to rub the stink inlet.

Phone is acting wierd? Or your fingers? :stuck_out_tongue:

It ain’t no mystery…this beer’s history!

I found a good channel out of the south end of the inlet. I came back in from 4ki and tried my so called “good route”. Big ol sand bar.

If anyone wants the route, I will get it from my Garmin. The lowest was 5’ but 98% of the route was 15+ at low tide.
