Headed up river from Sol Legre at sunrise. Found a bunch of reds top feeding under a private dock at high tide, but they wouldn’t touch my Zman spread. I tried every color. I wish I had a top water lure. Wont make that mistake again. I left them still feeding and laughing at me.
Headed back down and tried a few creeks. I was really hoping to see some mullet, but there was nothing out there.
Beautiful day, but a big fat goose-egg for me. Stunning picture of the sunrise made the trip totally worth it.
