Are there sharks in the artificial reef in the Stono? Are there any fish that live in that reef?

Reef is full of sand as far as I can tell. Never caught a fish there. Fish docks, grass, and topwater for much better luck.

If you are looking for sharks just go down another mile and drift the stretch of the stono just before the inlet. It has never failed to produce sharks for me.

Not worth the effort to fish it.I will take u on the Stono.

What JI said. It’s undetectable on a bottom finder. The Stono between Kiawah and due south drifting a fishfinder rig on the bottom with some fresh cut bait fish will get you your limit. Got 10 sharpnose out there in the middle of the river in about 2 hrs two weeks ago.
