TexasRed, my son and I got on the water around 7:30. Already had some MMs and went to go catch some shrimp. They were thick! Caught about 5 qts to freeze for wintertime bait with about a dozen casts. The rest of the day was slow with 7 reds from 16-26 inches. Explored some new areas that were promising, but will need the kayak to fish them. Ended the day helping a family back to the dock after the engine quit (electrical gremlins) no far from the landing. After placing them on the dock the lady blew me a kiss according to my son (I was too busy to notice)and proceed to tell me I would be in trouble with mom if she found out:smiley:.

All I know is that I have had to tow two boats full of women in less than 2 months. The little boat catches for sure. If I still had the Johnson instead of the new Evinrude on it I could make some witty remark about it.
