Beautiful day today with my father and son. Threw artificials a lot and shrimp was working as well. Found a new trout spot that we took 14 with 6 keepers. Also caught some nice reds with a rat, 22, 24, and 25 inches. Other notables were a short flounder, a big ladyfish, and my first time out with a fly rod and catching a trout. Could have caught a bunch more on the fly, but 3 people trying to fish the same spot in a 16’ boat is not condusive to using the fly rod.
