I have a Strale hydro-pneumatic speargun my dad used back in the early 70’s. I have the gun, the pump and the spear along with a .410 power head attachment. Does anyone know anything about these? Haven’t tried to use it, I just found it in a box of junk while cleaning my garage. I’d be interested to know if it can be made to work or is worth anything.
Call the guys at Austin’s Dive Shop down in Miami. That place has been there forever, and those guys are pretty darn knowledgeable… If that fails, I’m sure you can get an answer on www.spearboard.com. Every spearfisherman is a member of that website and there are some old timers on there that can tell you anything you want to know about spearguns.
