Nephew just sent me a mess of his plugs(25).Most have bent trebs and teeth marks all over them.:smiley: I will be changing trebs for hours.Some look like you beat it with a claw hammer.:smiley: I guess Goliths are rough on plugs.He trolls the reef off ft Myers and sends me his battered plugs.:smiley: I figure a little touch up paint and new trebs and I will be set to go.:smiley: Anyone else clean up old plugs? He sent me new ones and i look at one he used 1 day and cant beleive the damage these big fish can do on a plug.:smiley:

It might just be my imagination, but seems like the older and more beat up a lure is, the more fish I catch on it.
