What a shame.
Growing up in the 70’s near Cape Cod: catching a striper was bragging rights.
Some states can’t even target these fish offshore.
Not addressing the issue sure stinks.
Someone must be making out well to ignore it
NC has a history of big money$$$ & politics in fish regs. Same with flounder regs too. Sad but true.
