I know this isn’t really the right place for this post but I was hoping for some responses.
I heard about the fall striper run and I am trying to catch a few this year. Where should I be looking? What time? I am most likely going to be in my kayak or a small jon boat

Little river gets some mid 20s salt stripers in the icw other then that there are a few rivers like the cooper where you can catch them mixed in. The lakes are the best ones to target that i know of that start biting better in late oct early nov but thats do to bait patterns attracting and concentrating fish to a certain area. Most the actual striper runs are in april when they leave the lakes to spawn in rivers. The dnr also stocks stripers in saltwater around this time but these are all like 10 inchers but are kayak accessible. They usually stay in that area. I plan to hit the diaper stripers 1 day over the winter.
