Have any of you guys heard anything about stripers biting around Bushy Park on the Cooper River? I caught a striper at Bush Park weekend before last (first one I’ve caught in a coon’s age), and the game warden said they had been schooling north of Bushy Park.
What’s the word?
Thanks,

I would imagine the fish should be moving inland towards the end of the month, but not sure. I know in the savannah river they are just starting inland. I’m an offshore fisherman by heart but was introduced to the river striper fishing a couple of years ago and love it.
i see lots of boats coming in with striper during duck season, never done it myself though
whilest in the navy and stationed at the weapons station we used to catch em all the time off the piers…white grubs or buktails…course this was in the early 70’s…
