Went at daylight this morning fishing a point off an island in the Ballentine area. Caught one nice striper using a spook walking the dog. Was doing great until another boat moved right in on top of us. Hardly no none else on the lake except the two of us and these guys moved in within 50 yards of us.
I don’t mind sharing but don’t crowd us in. Anyway it was sweet catching the fish right in front of them. We also caught a few bass and they were all released into my cove for future catching.
I went down to the sporting goods store and got a new rod and reel for my wife…pretty good trade, don’t ya think?
