Now that you bozos have made me pay many times over for poor typing and editing skill: does anyone have any real advise for freshwater striper fishing from the shore?

there is a nice fishing dock at the north end of bufcrk …there should be some fish in the area

Like Steelytom said, I’ve heard that there have been some activity near the dam pier & parking lot.

cumberland, try the area around Gervais St bridge. I caught three fat ones there yesterday in my boat, but you can wade to a gravel bar at low water on the Cola side. Be careful, there are dropoffs and current.
