What are ya’lls faviorte stripping baskets and where can I order one? I am trying to find one that is like a bin, not one that straps around your waist.
5 Gal bucket… Home Depot, $3 or a taller one of ya want from Wal-Mart $15
Something for your boat?
This is what just about all of our boat captains use around here…works well, not heavy, does the job. Just needs a little work…adding a sturdy bottom (weight), and add some sort of nubs or stakes at the bottom to help with tangles. I’ve seen everything from funnels to heavy duty zip ties.
This article is a good read on a DIY basket for your boat.

If you can’t find it locally, it has a link to get it from Amazon for a good price.
This one works well, because when you don’t want to use, it collapses down and can easily be tucked away.

‘CH Allen’…now that’s a cool idea I’ve never seen before!
Go to Target and get one of those collapsible laundry bags. They compress flat for storage and have a spring-like frame that holds it upright.

I saw a guy use a foldable leaf bucket from a home center with a piece of ply wood in the bottom to hold it in place on the boat, and I guess you could drill some holes and add heavy zip ties to keep the line from tangling.
Far better it is to dare mighty things to win glorious triumphs even though checkered with failure, than to take ranks with those poor spirits who never enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
