Dont remember what the non res is, but $250 sounds about right. Absolutely worth not having to deal with IOP or Shem during the warmer months.
Locked a guy in there a couple of weeks dropping his Kayak in. Seemed pissed that I locked him in cause he couldn’t leave to park outside the gate. I let him out but part of me didn’t want to. What would you have done?

I would have locked him in!! I have done it before and will do it again. I lock the gate everytime I enter or leave. I have a key!!!

I have never understood why they are so anal about locking the ■■■■ gate. Some folks will lock it as you are driving up. Everyone is required to have stickers anyway so just let the freeloaders get a ticket.

well a private ramp is a private ramp for a reason. it exists for the convenience of the members. should non-members get a free pass?
“Huge deuchebag move, son.” First off Im not your son. Most importanatly how was I to know he didn’t have a pass. I pulled in and locked the gate behind me like I do all the time. He raced up as I was getting back in the car pissed. I didn’t say a word just let him out. I could’ve been a real prick and locked him in or called the SIFD but I moved on and never thought about it untill the post.
There are plenty of free places to drop your boat one on SI about Sta 18 not to mention the whole beach. Guess i should have made him a key and given him my sticker as well.
