As of right now I frequent Remleys and Shem Creek. I see there is a ramp at the IOP marina. Are there any others on IOP?

I see one on Ben Sawyer just before the bridge, is it public? Also spotted one down by Station 9 St. Is this public?

I’m wanting to get into the ICW and fish there as I’ve had good luck on the Folly ICW and this is a new place to explore. Also I’m moving to Mt P next month.

Sullivans Island Fire Dept has one down towards the end of the island. It used to be 250.00 a year. May want to call and check it out if that is what you are looking for. Great location, and has never been busy. Atleast not the times I went with friends that launched there.

I just put in at Shem and ride around to ICW. $15 to launch at IOP is ridiculousness IMO. I’ve noticed the one on 9, but wasn’t sure what the deal was until now. But, I live in North Charleston, so the truck gas is just as bad as the boat gas, and Shem is convenient enough for me.

I didn’t know it was $15 at IOP. For the time being I’ll just put in at Shem and ride around. If I wind up fishing the ICW enough I’ll look into the one on Station 9 and talk to the FD.

15.00 os crazy, but isnt that just during the tourist season? I only use that dock in the winter and it is always 10.00.
