summer lunch :)

decided to fix something on “the lighter side” today for lunch…so made a bacon/sun dried tomato/onion quiche,and a spinach/mushroom/s.d.tomato/shrimp quiche …

crust simple with crisco/butter/flour/salt and cold water rolled out…forgot the first two in the oven…oops:frowning_face:…and had to make a 2nd set

salad with a vinaigrette dsg

fresh fruit…

foo-foo food in donnies book…but he sure ate it up:wink:

lol…donnie asked of the ladies bridge club was stopping by :)…and if there was any fried chicken to go with it…but was working on another piece of it when i left to come to work tonight :)-…told him I could make few calls if he wanted to go to bojangles instead!

Alright, next time Donnie complains about it being “foo-foo food” just give me a call. You don’t have to put up with his crap.

But if I come over, I guess you’d have to put up with mine.
