Sunday 3/9 - Yep, you guessed it...

…Black sea bass.

Ventured out to a spot in 70’and caught a 5-man limit of good sized BSBs and not much else. Would have gone a little deeper to try to find some variety, but the stiff westerly breeze had the waves stacked up pretty good early in the day. We had a good time as it was.

The warm water is definitely creeping in. As we were leaving we found a broken weedline with 65 degree warm(er) blue water on one side and 59 degree green water on the other. Interesting seeing that so close in.

Ha I was going to do a report but man same thing! We fish 75-85’ and had nothing but BSB. Terrible ride out but at 3:30 the fan turned off and the ride in was perfect! We set the boat limit at 14" and by the end I wish it would have been 15".
