Believe it or not, first trip of the year. Awlgrip finally dried. Remind to never take that project on again, although I started in February.
Ran 120 and dropped lines in 150’ at 0830. Don’t ask, the wife had a few delays.
2 dolphin on while putting out the first 2 baits. Not a bad start. Trolled out to about 250’ then turned and headed back inshore to 140-150’. Picked up a couple more dolphin and a small wahoo. Add one sea pike and a couple of cutoffs.
Not on fire, but halfway steady. Looking hard for a sail but no luck.
Trusty red and black feather in the prop wash was the winner.
