Fished the south jetty on Sunday. It was a little bumpy, but not nearly as bad as the forecast suggested it would be (it helped that the tide was running in rather than out). Caught 14 small sharks and 3 ribbonfish. Live shrimp and cut mullet. Not what I was hoping for, but the constant action kept the kids entertained. I am not positive, but I am pretty sure I heard the ribbonfish in the attached photo say, “I am going to murder your whole family” LOL!
Kids rarely seem to care what they are catching as long as they are catching. Those ribbonfish are mean looking.
“Apathy is the Glove into Which Evil Slips It’s Hand”, but really, who cares?
They look like something out of a Sci-Fi horror film.

Would love to get a razor blade as sharp as their teeth !!!

When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

Just plain nasty!!!
I caught a small Hammerhead out at the Jetties on Sunday. A first for me and pretty cool.
I was at the south jetty the day before, and had about the same luck. 8 Ribbon Fish on finger mullet.
