Saltwater Striper Fishing

It was nice to hear some radio conversation this morning with a few boats it took me about 3 hrs to get the limit for my party of 4 this morning.fished two different locations caught keeper fish from 45 to 53 ft deep fished right off the bottom. Threw back 5 lip hooked shorts kept 15 nice fish from 21 to 25 inchers all in all not a bad day and beautiful weather

Good talking to you out there.

We struggled, as seems to be the norm for me lately. Had a great time out there though enjoying a beautiful morning on the lake with bowhunter. We also fished from 45’-55’ and got 4 on live bait and 5 on cut…was hoping to get #10, but decided to get off the lake once the sun popped out.

Good to hear folks are using the radio again- just as they said they would.
I haven’t been on the water in forever (for a variety of reasons) but I will definitely be tuning into 72 next time out.

I need to get out of the saltwater some and get someone to teach me to fish for stripers… AND catfish
