The lake was beautiful this morning. Saw a lot of boats, but not much action. I hit 5 different spots as the fish were on the move. Managed to get my 5 and done in 2 hours. 3 were big fat 26"-27" fish with 1 21" and a baby 16" fish that was so hungry he hit both my down rods. Had 2 hooks in his mouth. He was still so squirrelly that I let him go.

I fished on both sides of the channel in 80’-100’. Never marked any fish shallower than 60’ and that seemed to be where the bath was sitting as well.

Put in at the dam and never went further up lake than the sailing club.

Had basically the same report on Sunday.

I must have spoken with 15 boats over the weekend and not much has been going on out there. Whether they were north of Spence, near where I was fishing or at the towers. Guess I got lucky.
