“Thar She blows”

Nice! We caught 6 flounder and 2 reds Friday afternoon. The water temp is lookin right, but I was thinkin they just weren’t in yet. We gigged Saturday night and saw a ton of small fish and small tracks, so, like I thought, there are a lot of small fish in. I don’t know if the keepers just haven’t moved in yet or what. We ended up with 5 Saturday night with the biggest one being 21" and the other 4 being 15-16". We also saw a couple of specks, but we held off on stabbin em since DNR put that request out for catch and release. Man it was hard to hold off on those, though. Glad you had a good trip, InletFool. I may be around sometime this week. Holler if you see a bald fat dude in a Hewes LT18.

1 16" and 10-12 “throw backs” out of 20 or so bites.
Been alooooong time since I have targeted the “flat ones” exclusively(yea, I’m a “creek carp” junkie!).

Had so much fun I had to go back Mon afternoon!
2 keepers 16" & 18" and 6 throw backs out of doz or so bites(wish we would have made it out a click earlier on the rise, probably would have had more bites.)

Same here Mitch.

Gooze, kudos on giving the trout a pass, it will come back to you!
