Got started a little late ~11 from Beresford. Headed straight to Y73, few strikes with a couple sharks. Headed back in ~5 miles to a no name live bottom area stacked with bait. Proceeded to slay the BSB, with most well in the keeper 2-3 lb range. Sharks were quite the nuisance as well. Headed back in at 35 knots. It’s nice having your beers stay fresh running full on in a 23’ boat. It was slick calm. Great day. I wish the seas cooperated like today more often.

Bonita, false albacore, whatever you want to call them were everywhere in 75FT++…we caught a couple on a shallow running plug when they came close enough while we were bottom fishing…good fight on light tackle, and good bait when cut up…

Same here in MI. Bait everywhere but nothing. Had to got to the bottom to catch some grouper and reds. Real slow…
