Sunday high tide advice?

So, I generally fish the hours around low tide for reds on the flats or docks.

We welcomed our daughter into the world in November and have been on a break from fishing since the fall. Sunday I may actually be able to get out but only on the high tide.

Any advice on high tide fishing this time of year? Reds will be up in the grass probably and not headed to jetties. Will stay stono or harbor.

Any trout reports lately? If so, artificials or live this time of year?

High tide fishing is extremely tough right now, especially on a new moon. There will be a few trout around the main river points and can be caught on jerkbaits and paddle-tails. Redfish will be in the grass. I would concentrate on the sparse grass in known haunts with a spinnerbait or jerkshad on a flutter hook.
