Got to the spot right as the sun was coming up. Can’t beat those early AM lows.

Water was perfect glass for the paddle out. Buddy from law school came down for a session.

The big heat and high pressure made for less activity than usual, but I ended up finding the fish even though the calm conditions didn’t last too long. All sight casted on a free lined gulp peeler crab rigged weedless on a circle.

Catch and release like always.

Good times. Can’t wait for the big tides and hopefully cooler temps next weekend.
