Sunday Reds

This is a pretty pathetic report, but here it goes. Forgot to take photos. Out at 10:00 this past Sunday morning on the Folly River. We were determined to catch trout on plastics, but it was not meant to be. Cast for several hours along grass and over oyster rakes. Finally gave up and changed over to cut bait. Fished cover and docks where fish were caught before. Nothing until about an hour before dead low tide. Then we were able to drag two 25" reds and a couple small sharks our from under a shady dock. I would have stayed there except that the owner of the dock came out to chat, then owners wife, then owners daughter, then six granddaughters. Carolina rigged cut mullet.
