Fished sunday evening and slayed the fish. caught fish from 17 to 22" in length. must have caught at least 15 fish in an hour. all were caught on artificial lures on the lower end.

I am going out Thursday afternoon and evening…will be coming straight from work so I plan on trolling stretch 20s and u-rigs, and not messing with picking up live bait and all that. Its kind of a half-a$$ fishing trip anyway because a lady friend is coming with me, but I was just kinda going to troll and scout and watch the fish finder.

I would start by throwing away those umbrella rigs. Fish shallow with bucktails.

the fish are still scattered. depends on where you’re going to launch from. people are catching fish up lake and the big creeks mid lake.

southshore marina off of 378 is where my boat lives. Yeah, I am really just going to randomly troll to start out with and see what I can do. If I get any good blips I am going to have a butterfly jig rigged up to see what happens. never tried it with striper before, but I have a bass pro shop deal that looks pretty much just like a blue back.
