Got a late start, in the water at 0530. Saw flyers and drop line in 140 ft water at 0730. Nothing happen for half hour. Picked up a couple of Bons, Cheryl?s was biggest I have ever seen, most have went 25 lbs. Hooked nice phin 25lb+, I missed with the gaff and broke off. Next phin was good 35 lbs Cheryl caught in 150 ft. You know she had to hook up when we were trying to troll around a storm. Just picked at them rest of day till 1, tried up to 350 ft water and nothing, all fish caught in 150 ft. Headed back in and tried BSB, but it was getting really bumpy out. Nice ride back in the following sea and the new auto pilot worked like a champ. Best color was blue and white. All in all good day for our first chance to get out this year.
