Hey everyone. Here are two series of pictures from recent trips. These mountain shots are from over a country called Tajikistan. These mountains are part of the Hindu Kush mountain ranges.
The second series was from a sunset over the northern coast of Canada. The pink sun shots over a coast line are from an area of Canada north of Goose Bay.
Non of these are photoshopped or touched up.

Sirecks; I’m an old VN era, ground pounder, reflex operated, pop-up target and we were in the mountains, but not ones like that. I can’t even imagine SF guys trying to dig anyone out of there if they didn’t want to go! Ain’t no wonder, OBL got away when he did! So many valleys, so many choices! It’ always pretty, from the air. Really nice pictures! Keep them coming, everyone enjoys them!
Easy . . . 80% of Afghanistan (to the south of where I took those mountain pictures) looks like that. A lot of people think that it is a desert country, like Saudi or something. In fact, it’s almost all mountains.
As a Vietnam vet,in infantry I thought those mountains were bad enough. I wouldnt want to hump those Mts in this pic.
