so kinda sports related, but what are you cooking today? nasty day outside so we might as well make some good food right?
I’ve never brined chicken wings but we’ve had some in the salt bath overnight…chili lime cilantro rub plus some Frank’s hot sauce…
St Jude Farms oysters on the half shell with a dash of some Mother Shuckers cocktail sauce somebody left at the oyster roast last weekend…Rodenbach Grand Cru to pair with the oysters…might be an early bedtime for Bonzo tonight! Go Panthers!

Have you tried bathing them in Dr. Singha’s Mustard Bath?

We’re doing brats and beer. Keeping it simple since I really don’t care who wins.

I actually looked up the mustard bath. I’m man enough to say I’m interested. The box wine is standing by, not so sure about the Mrs.
