Through Tuesday or so. 6.95 feet on Sunday is about as high as I’ve seen. Maybe 7.0-7.1 is the max I have ever seen. Taling reds time.
I am “only” seeing 6.5s - what tide charts are you looking at that say 6.9+?
I say only because 6.5 is pretty stinkin high just by itself-
Look at Saturday and Sunday, this is for the Folly River- http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noaatidepredictions/NOAATidesFacade.jsp?Stationid=8666652
What is a good strategy if fishing last hour or two of incoming and first hour or two of outgoing?

I saw 20+ once the tide started dropping out. Plenty of fish and opportunities, but like Wando, they had lockjaw
Redfish Baron Extraordinaire
Only saw 2 fish on the rising tide.
Gotta remember to set the hook a little next time, missed one.
Way too much water, no need for them to tail.
Hard to reply. I don’t fly fish outgoing tides. Fished MANY incoming tides that pushed 7.0/7.1.
Magic!
It’s ALL 100 percent new water to most fish.
