Man, certain people really amaze me. Don’t mind him, this website is for questions like yours. Post as much as you like. And no I haven’t tried them with a skirt, but the one without are an old stand by.

I think a rubber or silicone skirt would disrupt the action; prohibit it from sliding back and forth as much and effectively killing what make this lure great. If you want some more flash, I would add a feather or flashabou dressed hooked.
