Superbowl Shrimp Recipes?

Give me your favorite shrimp recipes to feed a small football crowd. I’m looking for something to make for superbowl with 3-4lbs of large shrimp that I smuggled from Shem Creek last time I was visiting home. Preferably a finger-food-type dish.

Thanks In advance!

Butterfly them, stuff with a crabmeat mixture, wrap in bacon and grill.

Down here is where a signature goes but they can confuse and anger some people so I don’t have one.

Coconut shrimp 1cup shredded coconut 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup flour peel and butterfly large shrimp dip and batter and smash with your hand to get it all to stick good and flatten out some. Serve with your favorite asian dipping sauce. About as easy as frying shrimp but people think its fofo. Another is make your favorite devil crab or dip and line on thin egg roll wrapper put a shrimp in and fry.

There is no better thing in the world than this…

Look at where Jesus went to pick people. He didn’t go to the colleges; he got guys off the fishing docks.

Half and hollow out some jalapenos. Stuff with mixture of cream cheese and cheddar, garlic, worcestershire sauce, chive, and pepper. You can season or marinate the shrimp if you like. Lay shrimp on top of cheese mixture, wrap in bacon and throw on the smoker.

Have a friend flying home from Boston today that is bringing me split top rolls, I will make a version of a shrimp roll using the recipe for Lobster Rolls.

I’m thinking the shrimp roll sliders. I didn’t see a recipe on here but I have a knack for tossing one together. I’ve been told dill is a must.

CELERY SALT. I saw a recipe yesterday that used Avocado instead of mayonnaise as the binder. It looked good.
