I’ve been doing penance for being gone last week so tonight I lit some Kingsford and it turned into a surf & turf night. I didn’t raise the beef or stick the bugs but I did grow the squash & zuchini in the garden. The vidalias came from a 50 lb bag a friend of mine gave me. Anyway, steak was medium with just some garlic salt, the bugs were split and bathed in a butter/parsley/lemon juice mix, the onion rings were done in House-Autry onion ring mix and the squash/zuchini were brushed with a balsamic vinergrette dressing. It was all good. I’m trying to expand my cooking horizons and I’ve found some good instructions on the web. Does anyone have a site that has good recipes?
