I get it from Mt P seafood 1/2 dzn times per year. they know their product. they can usually get other sushi grade stuff - might sound weird, but grouper, seabass, trigger, it’s all good raw. try it
have the seafood guys at Whole Foods or Earthfare order in some from Southern Shellfish. Tell them to have David pick it out.
