Sweet and tangy shrimp Salsa

Raided the refrig. and made a salsa that turned out pretty good…lots of “stuff” in it…and didnt measure…sorry…but heres a idea of what I threw in

Roma tomatos…seeded/chopped
sweet yellow.red and green peppers diced
vidallia and red onion…chopped
garlic…minced fine//small amount
chopped peach and mango
small amount of tomato puree
fresh cilantro
small jalapeno diced fine
dash of salt and pepper
celery seed
lime juice
dash of olive oil and red wine vinegar
fresh shrimp cleaned and deveined

mixed all together and allowed to sit in a covered dish n refrigerator for a few hours…was really good:)
