Just found out RJ Boyle will be coming up on the 22nd of April to do a swordfishing seminar. He is definitely the leading authority on the subject and I will be looking forward to learning new tricks. Hes going to be having it over at Atlantic Game and Tackle. Call 843-881-6900 for more info.

Even if you don’t catch one, 70 miles off shore at night you can’t beat the star covered night sky and all the cool stuff you get to see swim up to the boat lights.

From your daytime photos were those caught at night or way down deep in the day?

Does anyone in Charleston run night time Sword charters? How about the OBX? Most of what I find through googling is in the Keys. What time of year is generally the best for targeting them? TIA

Did 2 trips last year. Hard to get the right people together, but it’s worth it

The catch the hell out a them at the OBX. I wanna do it, but dang…Only so much time.

Thanks for the great seminar, I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to watching the dvd too. Seems like a huge time/money commitment andI don’t really have the ability to make that plunge yet… Maybe in the future. Until then, if I try for swords on another boat, at least I’ll be somewhat knowledgeable about the subject. Thanks again!
