Why do the reds stop tailing this time of year? Do the crabs leave or hibernate? Water temperature affect them? I was talking to a friend the other day and I didn’t know the answer. Thanks for the help!

Red fish tailing are feeding. This time of the year bait is leaving the flooded flats. No more Periwinkle snails, Fiddlers and grass shrimp in there.
