Tarpon/Bull Red Rod & Reel Combos

Wanting to get a couple of rods & reels for tarpon out by Gtown jetties. Could really use some help on what combo rods and reels to acquire. Also want to use for Bull Reds if that is feasible. I know tackle is in the eye of the beholder but want some guidance on a reasonable priced combo since I won’t be fishing for Tarpon or Bull Reds more than a couple of times each year. Any help will be greatly appreciated…

Cracker Larry recommended a 30lb class setup for 100-150lb Tarpon.
Penn SpinFisher 6500 with Live Liner Combo is what I picked up.
