I was thinking about giving bulls bay a try, but had a couple questions… One, are the tarpon still here? I know August and early sept can be hot for em but didn’t know if they were still around this late season. Also, obviously bulls bay is quite large, was hoping someone could give some pointers about what to look for, or do you just float a Haden pretty much anywhere in the bay? Thanks
I fished for them on Wednesday off Bull Island. Saw a few in the inlet. Be careful in the inlet as it can be tricky if not familiar.
They were leaping near Dynamite Hole today near the breakers and sandbar by south jetty.
Saw one jumping in the channel, south side of bulls bay. That was yesterday.
