Not sure if this is a report or discussion, seems like neither. Nevertheless I scraped together enough go pro footage for a one minute video of the tarpon we caught last week. Not my best work but still pretty cool.

Don’t measure it but roughly 5 feet. Almost always use big menhaden, rarely mullet. If they are feeding I am not sure it matters.

Menhaden? How far out were you? Dying to catch one.

Great video! What pound mono are you running 60lb?
80 or 100#. It is the heaviest that I can snell. Hookup ratio seemed to go up when I started snelling all the hooks. Limited sample size so I would defer to the experts as always.
