I see a good many Tarpon being caught inshore south of Charleston and I caught 1 years ago at Edisto.
Is there anywhere inside the Jetties worth targeting Tarpon or do you have to go front beach?
Thanks

Look at the inshore reports from fish whisper. He seen some playing.
Its been a couple of years but, I used to see them in Bulls Bay.
Saw a school of Tarpon chasing bait in Anderson Creek at Bulls Bay a couple weeks ago.
Couple charter captains I follow on Instagram posted tarpon pics in the last few days…

Definitely tarpon in the area. Head north towards Bulls Bay and Price Inlet. A couple weeks ago someone hooked up with one or two at Dynamite Hole as well outside the south jetties here. As far as your question about targeting them inshore, I have never seen anyone have success targeting the juveniles inshore, it seems they are mostly caught by accident while fishing for something else. Good luck!
