I’ve got some trout I want to make some jerky out of. Anyone have suggestions for a teriyaki marinade? I’m thinking that would be good with a slight honey glaze. Thanks!
Get soy, honey and ginger slow simmer to thicken it up. It comes out like the sweet sauce many sushi restaurants serve. Excellent on sushi.
Marinade to your likeing, a light pat try and set on smoker or dehydrator what ever you favor.
