Try resizing the pic to a low resolution and then trying. I seem to remember I had problems before with it converting a hi res pic until I lowered it.

I had to resize mine down to 95 X 95 before it would work.

Open the image in MS Paint and resize it to 95x95
After I resized and tried to choose the file, CF told me the file already exists… Where?.. I renamed the file. Now, every time I click the change avatar button, it gives me the “there was a problem.” How many times do I have to log in? I thought I was logged in If I could see my profile??? Don’t know what’s going on… Not that important anyway.

Fog, If it is any consolation, when we went to the new message board, my avatar of my 50 lb’er disappeared, and I went through the same exercise you did, with the same results.
If you figure it our, let me know!

I must say fishing for us has been questionable the last couple of times out.

Admin. HELP!!! Maybe Andy can help. I went through the same thing, but when I changed my file name it worked fine. I also found that everytime you edit your profile, your avatar goes poof.
