Sorry for the late entry, but I was out of town. Last Sunday we took the cat offshore for its maiden voyage of the year to go fishing. We left the dock at 4Am and headed to the stream. When we were 25+ miles offshore both engine alarms went off. We killed the engines and proceeded to check and try to find the problem. We were low on oil. Don’t know if it was a leak or an oversite, but we were out there with only one extra quart of oil. I prevelously had the other tow company, but switched when I found that Steve L was the new owner. I hailed them on the radio and Steve’s wife dispatched a boat immediately. The came all the way out there with 3 gallons of oil and we had a successful day of fishing in the stream.
I want to personally thank Steve and the crew over at Tow Boat US for saving the day and the fishing trip. It really made me feel at ease to know that you guys were there.
