Thanks to all those that have served, are serving and to all thoes that gave their lives so that we can truely live in a land of freedom! I think everyday should be Veterans Day!

Absolutely a lot of good people gave their lives through all the conflicts of our nation and thousands and thousands of families are still suffering from their losses of loved ones. Let’s all bow our heads as we honor and remember the sacrifices.

If you really want to get an understanding of the sacrifices that our veteran’s have made, just make a visit to the Dorn VA Hospital in Columbia, which I visit at least twice monthly. You will not need to leave the “lobby area” just stand around and look at what you will see. Please do not take a seat, as there will surely be someone else there who needs that seat more than you do.
If you are not moved by what you see, get a nurse to check your pulse!
